About our Partner
Support International e.V. is a non-profit organization based in Munich, founded in 1991 by friends of Dr. Adolf Diefenhardt to support his work at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Kitgum, Northern Uganda. The organization supports holistic humanitarian projects in areas such as education, healthcare, child and family sponsorships, and emergency aid—primarily in countries like Uganda, Rwanda, Syria, Lebanon, Greece, Cameroon, and Ukraine. Support International works closely with local partners like Meeting Point International and the AVSI Foundation, which it helped establish in 1996.

Centre Edimar in Camerun
Background
In the Cameroonian cities of Yaoundé and Douala, the phenomenon of so-called street children has become increasingly widespread in recentyears – as in a lot of other cities around the world.
Centre Edimar
The Centre Édimar takes care of these street children without anypreconditions. Main objective of all its efforts is to make them awareof the infinite value of themselves. Such an awareness is createdthrough a trusting, loving, educational relationship between the youngpeople and one of the helpers at the Centre Édimar.

Casa Famiglia in Greece
Background
Due to its particular geographical location in the south-east of the European Community, Greece is in very direct contact with countries from which large numbers of refugees are currently flooding into Europe. In addition, Greece is struggling with a huge debt burden andtherefore has limited financial scope for social engagement.

The Casa Famiglia is of taking care of these marginalized people in many different ways . The aim is to accompany these people on part oftheir lifes journey: to give them the opportunity, step by step, to live alife of economic independence and self-determination through their own efforts, or simply to accompany them in their hardship and, where possible, to support and alleviate it.

Lebanon is facing a multifaceted crisis that encompasses political, economic, and social challenges, which have a significantly impact on the lives of the Lebanese people: more than 78% of the Lebanese people are currently living under the poverty line, struggling to meet their basic needs and forced to live without electricity. The situation iseven worse for sick people, as medications frequently go missing for several months

Flamme de Charite, a small humanitarian organisation in Beirut, aims to help people who are sick or children with illnesses by providing financial assistance to cover medical expenses and support for medicalconsultations. In this way they can make sure that individuals,e specially children and elderlies, receive timely and life-savingtreatments.
